The Supervisor & Plant Administrator will assure 100% compliance with both internal and external certifications, procedures, systems and processes. Will be responsible for managing Inventory of ingredients, packaging, and other production related items. Responsible for Purchase Order Management and maintaining fulfillment rate up to standards. Update Inventory through cloud systems for accounting department. Maintain Production KPI's and work with HR to provide Payroll Support. Assist QA Department with SOP's implementation and maintain policies in place. Assist in the implementation of company policies and adherence to all sanitary norms in food service industry as per cGMP, SQF, BRC, OSHA, and USDA regulations. Monitor Daily production rates, % Yield, Production Quality, and Line efficiencies. Responsible for keeping Plant Audit Ready.

Manages daily activities of a centralized distribution center. Monitors inventory levels to manage expenses, minimize loss, and maximize revenue. Ensures that goods are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. May be responsible for evaluating freight services, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with chosen vendors. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational functions of the plant including quality, scheduling, and costs. This role is responsible for selecting, hiring, training, and assigning supervisory and production personnel. This role works with the Department Managers in overseeing the day-today operation of the plant including scheduling, determining labor requirements, material selection, shipping arrangements, production reporting and coordination and supervision of the plant personnel. This role also provides the solutions and guidance needed in the plant to drive employee safety, food safety, quality, and overall performance throughout.
