Managing a team of analysts and Data Scientists that aims to improve asset performance through data and process analysis

Responsible for setting up and keeping control of process and KPIs in HR contracts with public funding.

•Implementing a quality control system throughout AVIANCA.•Undertaking audits throughout all the processes of AVIANCA’s quality management system. •Advising AVIANCA about quality concerns with cost-effective solutions.•Leading the standardisation of all the processes within AVIANCA.•In charge of process benchmarks.•Building upon previous experience, technical know-how and administrative skills to implement changes while educating and training clients and employees on new processes, procedures and policies.•Managing and directing work on an extended cross functional project team through influence management.•Identifying corrective and preventive actions and developing a root cause analysis. Applying this knowledge to the evaluation and resolution of complex quality problems.•Responsible for the forecasting and budget of the quality management area.•Accountable for the design and negotiation of the KPI’s and targets within the services sector of AVIANCA.

•Development of the ALIANZA's strategic project of “Transit Times” for all of ALIANZA SUMMA’s airplanes at the connection hub, which was successfully implemented.•Researching of times frames and movements, within a team work environment. •Construction of the main activities and their order for the process of Transit of Airplanes.•Construction of the turn over process for all the fleet of the three airlines.
