Every year the Encontro Nacional de Empresas Juniores (ENEJ) takes place in a different city in Brazil, gathering thousands of junior entrepreneurs from all over the country. In 2013, it took place in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.This position's goal was to raise R$350.000,00 to make this conference financially viable. Therefore, I had to coordinate a team that should present to several companies that are aligned with the theme of the ENEJ ("Be the Example") the importance of this revolution that we call "conference".

This position has as main objective to facilitate the creation and the revision of the strategic planning, as well as to ensure that it is fulfilled. Some important goals achieved were the creation of the first long-term strategic planning, the creation of management tools (Balanced Scorecard, strategic map, project management tools, human resources, marketing and finance, etc), the creation and formalization of company processes, as well as specific processes for knowledge management in order to deal with the high turnover of personnel.
