Serve as Chief of the Force Management Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, US Army Reserve Command. Develops and assists in the formulation of implementation strategy and resourcing of the Army Reserve Force Structure consisting of 157,954 Operating Force and 35,815 Generating Force spaces. Develops and implements policies and procedures to support the execution and management of the Concept Plan/Change Management Plan process within the USARC. Manages the Army Reserve unit stationing process. Coordinates with appropriate directorates to ensure Force Management resource requirements are identified, budgeted and allocated. Supervises a Division consisting of 15 Officers, 2 Enlisted and 15 DA Civilians supporting functions in Maneuver/maneuver Support, Sustainment, Generating Force, and Force Design and documentation.

Coordinated and synchronized Army Staff actions in support of the Total Army Analysis (TAA) process. TAA shapes the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Force by incorporating directed, proposed emerging growth, evolving designs and the latest strategy from the Defense Planning Guidance with the goal is to build a versatile mix of tailorable and networked organizations, operating on a rotational cycle, to provide a sustained flow of trained and ready forces for current commitments and to hedge against unexpected contingencies, at a tempo that is predictable and sustainable for our All-Volunteer Force. Plan and schedule associated activities in support of TAA. Plan, lead, and execute directed studies and/or analysis. Assist and participate in various Action Officer Working Groups. Serve as USAR proponent within the DAMO-FMF Programs Branch.

Developed and assisted in the formulation Strategy and Resources for the Army Reserve Full Time Support (FTS) Program. Manage FTS resources outside the Army Reserve support Army Reserve equities at Combatant Commands, Headquarters Department of the Army, Joint Staff, and Army Service Component Commands. Supervise an organization consisting of 4 Military and 4 Civilians.
