The prime focus of my position is to ensure the effective management and maintenance of all customer accounts including logistical issues and functions under my area of responsibility.Additional Responsibilities:1. . Ascona Consultants Limited was established in the year 1998 as an oil and Gas consultancy firm based in Dubai. The company serves oil and gas companies and contractors’ interest in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. It represents a professional consultancy with over 100 years of global oil and gas industry expertise in Project Management and construction and production of offshore oil and gas facilities.Following were my overall job responsibilities:• Received Material Requisitions from the Project Team. Identified the right vendors and sent out Request for Quotations. • Analyzed quotes, performed selection process and issued Purchase Orders.• Acted as day to day administrative liaison with the company’s clients and subcontractors• Worked with the company’s QA Department in developing Document Management and Documentation Control Procedures• Ensured accurate tracking, control, distribution and timely submission of company’s project deliverables

Worked in J. Ray McDermott for more than ten (10) years. I rose to various positions within the Purchasing Department. In the last position I held as Material Coordinator and Expediter, I handled the following responsibilities for Ras Laffan Project – Qatar and Moss Gas Project – South Africa. • Assisted in procurement activities. Received Materials Requisitions and issued Request for Quotations to suppliers.• Analyzed quotes received, perform selection process and issued Purchase Orders• Coordinated with vendors and expedited deliveries• Coordinated with the warehouse and Quality Control Inspectors and ensured “Delivery Non-Conformance Reports” were sorted out and resolved immediately• Coordinated with the Production Engineering for efficient material issues and tracking• Maintained and updated daily and weekly Material Status Reports showing all required information needed for effective presentation and inquiry system• Performed material reconciliation upon project completion
