Cesar Frutos Email and Phone Number

I am Cesar Frutos, and I am a Civil Engineer from The University of Texas at El Paso. I have worked in the mining and construction industry during my internships with Freeport-McMoRan and SUNDT. I am a proactive and outspoken individual eager to take on new challenges. During my Bachelor's Degree, I was able to study abroad twice; once in Ensenada, Mexico and the other time in Ulsan, S. Korea. In my last semester of study, I was the Treasurer for Chi Epsilon. Also, during the last semester of college, our team project won the Best Design for UTEP's Civil Engineering Spring Semester. I am a bilingual individual and have an easiness of communicating in English and Spanish this skill I have found it to be useful throughout the start of my career.
