Our company serves the oil & gas production industry on and off shore. While we specialize in pressure testing and magnetic flux testing to verify pipe and tubing integrity. C&H Testing uses the most advanced testing equipment available. We maintain current NIST certification on all measuring and recording instrumentation. Financial/General Ledger ·Prepared bank statements reconciliation. ·Ran month end close / billing process. ·Prepared cost accounting reports for management. Payroll/Tax Returns ·Reviewed weekly payroll and supervised the work of the payroll clerk. ·Prepared payroll tax payments and tax returns forms 940, 941, 943, DE6, and DE6C.Other Responsibilities ·Provided IT support to the company’s employees and responsible for setting up printers and computer stations. ·Developed advance skills in Microsoft Excel by performing special projects. ·Designed and created Microsoft Access database for grape harvest. ·Managed workers compensation claims. ·Handled employee benefits and human resources issue. ·Grape harvest reporting, grape packing material reporting, and almond harvest reporting.
