Currently have 4 years of experience managing a Microsoft 365 cloud environment (sharepoint, teams, azure). Creating security policies, endpoint management, help desk management, manage ISP, manage phone/VOIP and POTS/fax services, network management both commercial and residential, and managing Cisco/SonicWall Forigate firewalls. Experience managing both commercial and residential networks and IT related issues. Desktop support for the following OS; Windows XP-10, iOS 8-14, Linux Kali & Ubuntu, and Android 5-11. Managed and set up Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN service, Azure AD, Exchange, MFA authentication (sms & authentication app), Windows Server, Hyper-V server, and VMware server.
