• My role was to architect parts of the website (Monorepo) so the junior developers could follow new patterns and build optimized code using best practices. I optimized database calls to save us 70% of our Firestore and Algolia costs and made the website run three times as fast. • Sent developers articles, and asked them to study concepts like memoization, generic types, custom hooks, REST, etc. As well as rigorously test and QA PRs.
