My approach to political advocacy is grounded in education and mobilization. Educating union members about political issues and empowering them to take action can build a more just and equitable society. I work to develop educational resources, organize events, and facilitate conversations that help union members understand the issues at stake and engage in the political process.In addition to education, I am skilled in political strategy, relationship building, and grassroots mobilization. I have a deep understanding of the issues that affect union members and working people more broadly, and I have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing political campaigns that advance the goals and priorities of my union. I work closely with elected officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to build alliances and advocate for change.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to empowering working people and positively impacting the lives of union members and their families.
