As SAP Project Leader:- Manages the project according to the SAP Implementation methodology and drives it jointly with the customer Project Leader- Manages internal resources(SAP ByD and SAP Cloud Development consultants) during the project life cycle- Designs project plans (for testing, data migration and cut over)- Defines solutions for the development requirements on each implementation project - Manages communication with 3rd parties: Seidor LATAM team, SAP Customer Relationship, SAP Support, Seidor Development Team and other Business Partners- Monitors system configuration tasks- Monitors development tasks- Monitors testing activities- Delivery and hypercare of the projectIn addition to the project leader role, I also lead the following activities for Seidor USA:- Manage SAP ByD department along with the COO- Monthly review of the resource assignment plan- Internal product development projects (Mobile Apps, Integrations between SAP ByD and 3rd pty softwares, Horizontal and Vertical solutions)- Design of the career plan and company policies for the area- Recruit and selection of new human resources for the SAP ByD area- Design and execution of training plans for the consultants
