I manage the development and application of Critical Updates (Hotfixes) to a customer’s Aprimo implementation. This includes: resource planning, external and internal communication, QA and successful customer deployment. I interact with our Research and Development Team, Services Team and the Aprimo Customer Service team to provide timely and reliable solutions for our customer’s issues. I also provide direct oversight and guidance to Sustaining Practice Leads and work to continuously evolve our organization.I also serve as the Aprimo Immediate Response technical representative from the Customer Service team by participating in cross functional efforts aimed at resolving high visibility customer issues. Moderate travel should be expected.

In this role I am the technical representative from the Customer Care team who participates in cross functional efforts aimed at resolving high visibility customer issues.Responsible for managing the development and application of Critical Updates (Hotfixes) to a customer’s implementation; including resource planning, external and internal communication, methodology, QA and installation, I oversee the ongoing development of the Critical Update Practice, which includes practice tools, process and documentation.I also interact with with other departments such as Research and Development, Professional Services, and the various levels within the Customer Care organization to provide timely and reliable solutions for customer’s issues.

A Technical Consultant assumes the role of technical lead on projects that require product customizations for solutions specific to client’s needs and integrations with other software platforms. TC’s will advise customers during discovery, provide thought leadership in the design of a custom solution, and then execute the solution by leveraging the Professional Services tool-set.At a senior level, the TC may lead and manage a team of internal developers or from strategic partners. Solutions are written on top of a highly robust product that is written entirely in C# .NET and sits on SQL Server or Oracle databases.The following are duties I participated during my tenure as a technical consultant at Aprimo.- Lead the technical portions of many large customers’ implementations in the finance, retail, and pharmaceutical industries. My duties ranged from assisting in pre-sales, gathering business requirements, and development of code. - Manage client hardware from installation of required software to maintenance during development, testing and production phases.- Provide advisory services on partner led implementations, where my responsibilities ranged from full technical support to advising on best practices and solutions to their business requirements.- Manage technical projects from beginning to end and ensured the successful delivered on time and on budget.- Produce technical estimates to aid in sales, development of new clients, and maintenance of existing customers.

Perform moderately complex tasks in all aspects of application software development life cycle from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing and documentation for a range of products involving technical illustrations used in the manufacturing industry for the generation of parts manuals and worksheets to assemble equipment. Develop software primarily for Windows NT based platforms using C++, MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class libraries), Win32 Application Programming Interface, Java Scripts, HTML, XML, and Object Oriented methodologies. Apply knowledge of Linear Algebra, Data Structures and Algorithm design and Computer Graphics to develop high performance graphics software.
