• Analyze key industry trends particularly digital, social and mobile and make recommendations on revenue and distribution opportunities
• Lead deal-making and strategic partnership efforts that generate revenue and traffic
• Advise CEO on industry developments, business strategy and operations
• Create strategies that leverage Terra’s content and creative engine to generate new revenues working closely with ad sales as well as third parties
• Create innovative new programs based on ad client’s business and marketing goals working closely with production teams; develop pitches independently and jointly with ad sales; and oversee the execution of programs
• Develop strategies to monetize Terra digital brands exploring ad sales, syndication and partnerships • Develop a distribution model for Terra original programming • Collaborate with the heads of production, editorial, music and marketing to refine and align their areas of operation so that they support the business goals
• Collaborate with Terra legal and other groups to generate agreements with vendors, technology partners, distribution, promotion and content partners
