Currently, Parsec operates in over 30 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Operations are responsible for handling approximately 45% of the nations’ TOFC / COFC traffic each year. In my capacity as Operations & Logistics Manager I managed the daily planning, coordinating, and supervision of 60+ staff members and ensured stringent compliance with railroad safety standards. Scheduled staff and planned, directed, and controlled all yard activities. Worked closely with all facility departments in achieving company objectives regarding cost, productivity, customer service, profits, implementing company policies, and managing all yard activities.
