CurrentProvide strategic leadership to position CSIOS Corporation at the forefront of the cyberspace, network, and intelligence operations industries. Lead the development and implementation of the overall CSIOS' strategy.Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all executives, and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization.Create, communicate, and implement CSIOS' vision, mission, and overall direction. Develop strategic plans and policies to advance CSIOS' goals and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversee CSIOS operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans and CSIOS policies.Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other CSIOS executive leaders including officers and directors.Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the CSIOS Board of Directors and ensure open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic, and impact performance against stated milestones and goalsMaintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.Represent CSIOS for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.
