Lead and responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a productive and effective labor relations program, which promotes long and short-term labor relations strategies. Serve as a critical subject matter expert in areas of negotiations, labor contract administration, advice and counseling to key business stakeholders, grievance/arbitration management, and possess strong knowledge of issues arising under the NLRA. Effective strategic planning and execution are critical to the success of this front-facing role.
