-The Instructor is responsible for the training of technical and/or non-technical, supervisory and/or management training courses for customers and/or employees.

The SQC leads and sustains the WS service quality culture and procedures, and is committed to service quality excellence and continuous improvement. The SQC coaches and interacts with the field personnel at the well site and workplace to help them to deliver service quality with the highest standard. The SQC actively supports management with the implementation and strict compliance with the SLB Service Quality Management System and the WS Minimum Service Quality Standards (MSQS).

Organizing and developing all of the jobs within a service using the appropriate equipment, personnel and material to provide the client with the highest Quality Service.
