With 10 years of experience in the biocides market, I started my first career already in this incredible and dynamic area, where I had the opportunity to work in several areas in the same company, which contributed to my overall vision of how the business works.My first role was in the laboratory part, in application, research and development, where I acquired a lot of technical knowledge during 4 years.Then I had the incredible opportunity to act as Technical Manager of a new plant of our company, but in China. They were years of great challenges and learning, participating in the assembly of the entire structure and managing a whole team of Chinese in the factory, laboratory and commercial part.Back in Brazil in 2020, where activities were closed in China due to the pandemic, I embraced a new challenge in the international commercial area, where to this day I work as an Account Manager providing technical and commercial support, lectures, trainings, check-lists and everything necessary for our clients in South America.
