I joined Infineon Technologies Shared Service Center in 2007 to be part of the Accounting Services team. After consolidating my experience in Accounting, I had the opportunity to reshape my development within the organization and that’s when I moved my focus to process harmonization, improvement and digitalization. I had the opportunity to be part of different projects in different times. Work in different project atmospheres, like in US, China, Malaysia and Singapore, always striving for the implementation of new technologies, change or enhancement of existing tools. Leadership was also part of this journey, as I lead a team of 12 people for 5 years in Business Solutions & Analytics. My Project Manager skill-set was pushed recently as I was working on the transition of accounting processes to a Global Finance Services organization. Looking back to these 15 years of experience in SSC environment this allowed me to move on now as Senior Manager for Digital & Innovation Hub for Finance.
