Financial statements included Statements of Assets & Liabilities, Income Statements, Financial Highlights and Portfolio of Investments. -Created and implemented various policies and procedures that are currently being utilized by the fund administration group to carry out their day to day responsibilities.-Implemented new reporting within the firm that assisted our portfolio management team in being notified of fund flows in a more timely and efficient manner so as to provide better management to their portfolios. -Attend quarterly Board Meetings with the mutual fund Board of Directors as well as firm upper management. As part of the quarterly board meetings, responsibilities include preparing and disseminating various schedules that ultimately end up as part of the director’s board materials. At these Board meetings responsibilities also include, providing additional explanations to any questions the Board members may have regarding any of their materials. -Served as firm liaison between the mutual funds and a full service transfer agent team in Boston. Managed over 10 staff members in Boston who reported various shareholder transaction related statistics to me on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
