Responsible to manage the planning for 50 customers for different product families, 800 raw material parts, 150 shop orders shipped on weekly basis to fulfill the Safety Stock plus monthly demand for External Customers, sharing resources and equipment, working towards action plans to reduce or prevent backorder situations thru active communication to Supply Chain and Customer Service Representatives. Provide support to the new product Introduction process.

- Manage of MRP System (MACOLA), FG and RG transactions, location tranfer and history analysis.- Control and administration of FG.- Inventory manage of Make to Order and Make to Stock Finished Goods based in (FIFO).- Personnel training in standard procedures.- Manage Shipping personnel to assure daily shipment plan.- Elaboration of Notice Of Intended Delivery (NOID) and Invoices for Shipments to US and MX.- Assure that all new catalogs are in compliance with tariff code.- Managed inbound and outbound logistics.

• Follow up a cycle count schedule base on ABC methodology.• Handling of a cycle count program for improving material accuracy on system.• Elaboration of discrepancy reports and analysis to detect root causes.
