CurrentSince the creation of the CIO position, my projects and initiatives have been instrumental in making the company a key player in the profitable and sustainable transformation of the sectors in which it operates, doubling its revenues and tripling its workforce and the fleet of machines it rents in 5 European countries. The following stand out:- Implementation and evolution of a Zucchetti Solmicro ERP with specialized CMMS module for field technicians and integration with Docuware.- Implementation and development of IoT telemetry solutions ADVEEZ and XOPS in more than 500 motorized equipment in Europe.- Custom development with agile methodologies of a web and mobile customer service platform based on Zoho Creator low code platform, awarded with Zoho Tech Star in Logistics in 2020 and documented as a case study- Creation of a standardized reporting infrastructure based on Microsoft SQL Server that enables data analysis for decision making through automated reporting in Microsoft Power BI and Excel- Digitization of the collaborative work environment using Office 365 and remote work solutions, which made it possible to cope with the COVID-19 emergency without business disruption- Cybersecurity strategy prioritizing staff training and awareness that has resulted in more than 4 consecutive years with no serious incidents- Creation of a technical support service that handles about 35 support tickets/user per year with a first response SLA of 98% and resolution of 95%.
