Currently I serve as Continuous Improvement Projects leader, coordinating 8 direct employees, helping the entire Americas P2P & Banking Operations to deliver with quality and on time projects either generated by the operations or projects as a result of Value Stream Mappings led by the our team that contribute on savings or productivity.Much of my work is invested in the operations field, understanding current processes, policies, SOPs trying to analyze and solve losses in the Operations, using LEAN and Six Sigma Methodologies. I am responsible to led Value Stream Mapping sessions to ensure effective data analysis and provide RECOs to enable operations streamline and effective processes. On the other hand, I work alongside with the Quality Management Pillar, being certified as PMI Silver Plus, given to all the Financial Services & Solutions organization a corporate training to create capability within the team of Root Causes analysis tools enabling the operations to execute with excellence.

Also, in September 2011, I was assign to transitionate a role from Duracell sites and consolidate the work in SJO to deliver improvement by identifying processes gaps, executing action plans that bring digitization, added value and ultimately customer’s satisfaction. Also as a part of a new plant integration, I was assigned as the GBS PSS Costa Rica expositor, chosen by the NA TDC supervisors, to provide a training and a presentation to the site leadership and main customers.
