Borderless is a start-up based in Canada that was seeking to build an engineering hub in Mexico City. Unfortunately, Borderless decided to close down the Mexico office 1 year after it was launched, as a result, the entire team was laid off.As Sr. Software Engineer for Borderless' Mexico, I performed the following activities:• Coordination of the mobile engineering team in Mexico and Canada to develop the best EOR app in the market, focused on customer satisfaction.• Analysis and development of requirements in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Area Leaders, and Designers) from the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Guatemala to find effective solutions to problems.• Participation in the creation of the roadmap and prioritization of functionalities based on business needs,ensuring the delivery of a high-value product.• Coding and code review in Dart and Typescript according to best practices, ensuring the quality and scalability of the project.• Management and active participation in Scrum ceremonies to ensure the success of prioritization and task delivery.

• Coordination of the Frontend team for the "Ganado Bravo" project to develop the best private livestock management system in Mexico and Spain for Grupo BAL.• Development and implementation of new functionalities for three relevant projects for the company, such as Soy Cliente by GNP, Tekae by Tekae SA De CV, and Ganado Bravo by Grupo BAL.• Maintenance and refactoring of code to mitigate bugs and ensure application scalability.• Active and assertive participation in mobile ticket assignments.• Offering solution proposals to complex client problems.
