Cesar developed his Project Management experience and skills through the years starting with smaller Telecommunications and Power Distribution Engineering projects, escalating to large EPC/Turnkey multimillion dollars projects in the areas of Bulk Power/High Voltage Transmission lines and Substations, FACTS, and HVDC cables. Cesar also holds an Executive MBA from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA), and a B.S.
