I was able to further develop the relationship with the customer and in the next years implemented the Laboratory Information Management System, Logistic Management System, MES solution for Mining and Business & Operational Intelligence solution.In 2005 Chemtech decided to build the engineering portfolio at their office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and I was nominated to establish a team of twenty engineers for the execution of small multidisciplinary projects.My next mission was to build the Civil, Piping and 3D Model teams to develop the design of the RNEST Refinery. Starting with a team of ten engineers, after one year we successfully completed the Front End Engineering Design phase with a team of 150 professionals.
