Three products launched, a new operating system for a medical imaging device, a video marketing system and a stripped-down version of core product for small medical practices. Managed lifecycle, branding management, and product development. Responsible for the FDA, HealthCanada and ISO certifications and audits. Worked directly with the clients to understand the primary concerns of the product and what it needed to be improved. In aftermarket research, I materialized the ideas and developed the requirement for the hardware, distribution of images, user manuals, and the deployment of the new operating system of the medical imaging device. The end result in profitability for the company was a manufacturing cost reduction of over $15,000 per unit, improved productivity with an online tech support system and increase sales by implementing current technology to the medical device. My most important achievement with the company was the development of the DMX Touch System. It is a new operating system for managing the fluoroscopic images from the medical imaging device.

Two successful EMR Systems and one PM System launched. Managed the EDI communication between EMR/EHR and other Practice Management Software. Oversaw the new generation of EMR and Practice Management for other medical specialties and managed a team of programmers in the United States and Vietnam. Reported to the V. P. of Marketing and the President of the company. Responsible for a product line of five healthcare software products representing an increase in revenue for three different medical specialties. Met with consultants, national accounts, end-users, and the sales force to define new product priorities and requirements. Work with product development to document these requirements in product specifications. My most important achievement with the company was the development of the RAPID Complete System. It is a truly paperless electronic medical record, patient intake and practice management system that pioneered the use of Tablet technology over 10 years ago.
