In aftermarket research, I materialized the ideas and developed the requirement for the hardware, distribution of images, user manuals, and the deployment of the new operating system of the medical imaging device. The end result in profitability for the company was a manufacturing cost reduction of over $15,000 per unit, improved productivity with an online tech support system and increase sales by implementing current technology to the medical device. My most important achievement with the company was the development of the DMX Touch System. It is a new operating system for managing the fluoroscopic images from the medical imaging device.
