Managed LTA Export Region’s P&L with over $600 Million dollars in annual sales, evaluated potential risk for Sales during the operations and reported to Sales Director, forecasted Sales during the year on a monthly basis and analyzed variations vs. Budget, analyzed the Market for possible financial risks, in order to reduce it or avoid their impact and maintain our profitability. Achievements: I have the complete control of the Sales Budget and explanations vs. Actuals in 3 months. (70 customers in the Region)
