I'm a Supply Management Specialist at John Deere, where I've been working since June 2016. I am in charge of planning, coordinating and supervising the flow of materials and services from suppliers to customers, ensuring quality, cost and delivery time. Currently, I am part of the Supply Chain Integration (SCI) team, which is responsible for integrating the supply processes of the entire organization. Prior to this, I was a master scheduler in the same company, where I managed the production and inventory scheduling of various product lines. I have been involved in important projects such as the implementation of a new ERP system and the optimization of the value chain. I am an industrial engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I learned the theoretical and practical bases of engineering, logistics, statistics and administration. My main competencies are planning, leadership and communication, which allow me to work effectively with different areas, levels and cultures. My mission is to contribute to the success of John Deere and its customers by providing innovative and sustainable solutions for the agricultural sector. My field of expertise is supply management, and I am passionate about continuously learning about the trends, challenges, and opportunities in this field.
