Led through different stages of the design proccess of various architectural projects, ranging from single house units, multifamiliar housing units, senior living housing, commercial and leissure, etc, coordinating drawn projects with sitework crew and contractors, assisting in administrative arrangements with government offices such as Municipal Government, Cadastral Office, Sustainable Development, State Government among others, ranging from construction licensing, property inscription, etc.

Coordinated and led different engineering specialities during the development stages of the Student Living project, conflict solving, overseeing and following of administrative arrangements with the Mérida team, negotiation, contracting and closure of speciality contracts, budget revision, adjustment and modification, assisted in the revision of financial runs, ROI and ROE calculations, and adjustment of the project to them, among other administrative and management tasks.

As head of the office project department lead the coordination between clients, manufacturing department and salesforce during the design process, ensuring full communication of the client and user requirements and technical challanges of the niches’ installation at site
