My duties, as an active participant in IT projects, are carrying out the following activities:1) Responsible for the definition of the product backlog. 1) Manage the projects of continuous improvement and processes, economic impact studies and budget for the containment of the claims of the Health and Welfare programs to implement initiatives to contain the expenditure of Health products according to the defined year goals. by management.2) Coordinate and supervise the different projects of the Health and Welfare programs (seven programs).3) Establish and design improvement processes in the area of ​​Health Management in order to achieve efficiencies, reduce execution times and add value according to the goals.4) Plan, design and execute tools that contribute to the automation and efficiency of the different processes of the Health and Welfare programs according to the process improvement plan.Achievements: Project leader of database and reports of the area of ​​Health Management; define the reports of each health program and the process of obtaining indicators of success of the programs.

Finally, I participated in the entire consultancy which had the purpose of analyzing all the information of the Health business.

1) Manage the compensation module (structure, change of salaries, change of salary grades and movement of personnel) in SAP: PA and OM.2) Calculate commercial bonds.3) Application of the valuation methodology and description of positions with factors and points (Val② personalized).4) Participate in the implementation of SAP for Pacífico Vida: creation of the Vida Vida organizational chart, creation of positions, organizational units, relationship between objects, cost centers and salary bands (based on the model used in Pacífico PPS).5) Analysis of the collaborators expenses report.6) Creation and administration of database of collaborators, positions, functions, cost centers, salaries and salary grades and additional payments.7) Support in various activities of the HR: represent the company in job fairs and support internal integration activities.8) Develop some projects within the compensation area: presentations on the variable schemes, study of the sales force positions to determine the salary degree, order the organization chart from different units, improvement of the processes of collaborators movement in the systems.9) Coordination and interaction with the HR units: selection for the process of income and movement of staff, payroll processes for payments of commercial bonds, performance for the ordering of the organization chart in the systems, planning area for the calculation of the fulfillment of the commercial area and management of the information for the analysis of the cost centers and review of staff expenses.Achievements: I improved the process of staff transfer of the sales force by decreasing the time by 75%, analysis of the FFVV income to determine their salary level and participation in the SAP implementation project, coordinating the activities with the stakeholders.
