• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user problems and concerns to ensure that enquiries are resolved appropriately, escalating as necessary through a defined escalation process. • Research and resolve complex Solution- or account-related issues, with the goal of identifying the root cause. • Manipulate and analyze data in XLS, create presentable reports (graphs, tables, etc.) and understand customer-facing reports to interpret the health of the account and how better to serve… Show more • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user problems and concerns to ensure that enquiries are resolved appropriately, escalating as necessary through a defined escalation process. • Research and resolve complex Solution- or account-related issues, with the goal of identifying the root cause. • Manipulate and analyze data in XLS, create presentable reports (graphs, tables, etc.) and understand customer-facing reports to interpret the health of the account and how better to serve ResMed and the customer’s needs. • Accurately and completely document all account activity, troubleshooting, and resolution steps within the appropriate Knowledgebase and/or CRM systems. • Create documentation, best-practice guides, and training material for internal and external consumption. • Identify opportunities to perform proactive account-level troubleshooting and maintenance. • Work closely with Application Support, Product Development, Solutions Business Owners, and Customer Success to troubleshoot reported and/or anticipated technical or procedural issues to ensure effective resolution.
