Fleet composition: nos 20 chemicals tankers up to 51.000 DWT, nos 18 bulk carrier up to panamax size.In the same period, in charge of technical superintendent for 3 chemical tankers and 2 bulk carriers.

Primary role for start up of the office focused on third parties management.In the same period, in charge of technical superintendent for two chemical tanker vessels type Imo 2.

Planning and supervision of total 16 Drydocks in first class ship repair yard (Dubai, Singapore) as per blw: N°8 chem/oil product vls (1st special survey); N°2 chemical tanker (4th special survey with CAP I notation); N°2 chem/oil product structural repair damages (more than 400 T of steel replaced iwo of cargo tanks/blallast tanks and bottom plate); N°1 container vsl (3th special survey); N°1 conversion from bulk shape to box shape, N°2 bulks (1st special survey); In addition N°3 chem/tankers complete recoating of cargo tanks;Optimization of slots selection comparing direct vs indirect cost ( deviation, bunker,ect) in cooperation with chartering and operation dept.Supervision and coordination of more than 15 vsl take over with change of flags/class.In charge of Technical superintendent for 4 chemical tankers MR/handy size and one bulk carrier panamax size.

PMS Manager-Rome OfficePrimarily role for the start-up of PMS office in Rome and Mumbai (India) promoting the PMS services in local and international market.Responsible of PMS office in Rome: planning, budgeting, control/follow up of planned fleet maintenance in staff to the technical Office with particular attention to flws topics: on condition maintenance, failure analysis and investigation, maintenance plan optimitazion. Design of the Key performance indicators to measure the maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Team leader in various project developed in shipping companies mainly focused in design of preventive maintenance system as mix of maintenance methodologies: TBO, on condition maintenance,risk based management.Project manager in various projects of design/ implementation of environmental/quality systems according to ISO 9001/14001.Primary role for the re-design of technical management core process in d'Amico Società di navigazione Spa:• budgeting;• maintenance planning;• DD management;• critical equipment management;• work to be done management;• Failure and mitigation plan management;• Spare parts management;• Purchasing;• cost controls;
