Support the implementation of the level transportation model in the West region for the production plants and distribution centers in Aguascalientes, improving the planning of the logistics program, the estimated suggested order of the Weekly and Daily Transportation Master Plan, and increasing the efficiency to the adherence of the Transportation Master Plan from 70% to 88%.- Work with planners and Network Managers for the correct implementation of the Master Plan and transport leveling.- Support in the implementation and training of the weekly and daily planning tool.- Identify and solve bad practices and areas of opportunity in the planning and execution of the weekly and daily transportation plan.- Improve the forecast of the suggested order of the Transportation Master Plan.- Monitoring of key indicators and development of new indicators relevant to the project.An efficiency of 88% was achieved, and greater adherence to the Transportation Master Plan.

Project leader in the production area of the Food & Snacks plant, Bokados, to perform a re-engineering, implement ergonomic improvements to the cracker nuts production line and achieve a 40% increase in production per shift. A 65% increase in production was achieved resulting in potential benefits of more than $ 2 million MXN, and the ergonomics were improved for workers on the production line.- Work with the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to comply with the production program.- Total redesign of the production logbook for all lines and training of supervisors.- Standardization of improvements to the production process and implementation of good manufacturing practices.- Proposal for a new layout for the cracker nuts production line.- Ergonomic analysis and modifications to the production line with feedback from the operators.

As part of the Manufacturing 4.0 FOMIX-CONACYT initiative, I participated in the design and validation phase of the development and implementation of a Digital Twin for the Paint System in the Caterpillar Cab Plant. The objective: validate the project and prepare a proposal for the sensing system to be used.Main activities:- Development of the digital model of the Paint System and simulate it in ProModel,- Extensive fault analysis with the results obtained from the simulation in ProModel,- Evaluation of digital model scenarios to perform a sensitivity analysis of the plant,- Cost analysis to validate the investment of the proposal,- Design of the sensing system proposal with input from Smart Andon, IoT sensor provider,- Support in the elaboration of the FOMIX-CONACYT proposal to obtain funds for the project.
