- Fixed income portfolio management.- Execute the management of funding, liquidity and accrual interest rate risk for the balance sheet in conformance with Country Treasurer, Markets Head and regional business guidelines.- Manage balance sheet and intraday liquidity levels for the bank, ensuring compliance with the regulatory and corporate indexes.- Provide a price risk package, capital requirements analysis, limit requests, credit requests for investment securities portfolio decisions, in order to successfully manage the Local Market Treasury strategy.- Optimize investment returns in local markets surplus liquidity in securities and money market instruments.- Formulate and implement transfer pricing processes and policies in coordination with Corporate Treasury organization.

- Balance Sheet, Investments and Liquidity management

- Risk management of an exposure of +USD 80 mio/month through derivatives for countries with high currency volatility, within the LATAM region, to mitigate adverse markets movements that may impact the results of the business - Monitored FX, political, interest rate, liquidity and economic risks of LATAM countries and their currencies - Developed and reported risk key performance indicators for interest rate risk, country risk and enterprise risk with the support of a Bloomberg Terminal- Negotiated with banks derivatives contracts, mainly non-delivery forwards (NDFs), non-delivery swaps, spots operations- Made periodic presentations to CFOs of relevant economic data that may impact the result of their business

- Cash management (funding and investment), maintaining performance over the net treasury position for several countries in the region. Each country with a different benchmark depending on the fiscal and monetary policy.- Coordination and execution of royalties and dividend payments to the headquarter - Countries managed: Argentina, Brazil, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, T&T, and Uruguay- Reached a regional performance target of +USD 2 million, for 3 consecutive years (2014,2015,2016)
