I was the member of a team that developed a mobile application prototype aiming at preparing smallholder farmers for an upcoming growing season with information on rainfall. We used Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 satellite data to analyze climate teleconnections and make rainfall predictions.

- Provided on-site two-way interpretation services between Spanish-speaking patients and English-speaking medical staff at worker’s compensation case appointments.- Provided on-site two-way interpretation services between Spanish-speaking patients and English-speaking insurance company lawyers at legal deposition appointments at local courthouses.- Prepared and submitted a detailed report after each appointment containing patient’s name, appointment length, follow-up appointment date and time, appointment summary, among others.- Maintained close contact with off-site supervisor and help desk by informing them immediately of any issues that arose during, before, or after appointments.- Promptly assisted in the resolution of any unexpected incidents related to appointment such as patient transportation delays, no-shows, patient’s previous miscommunication, and others.
