Responsible for administration and maintenance of company's network infrastructure, servers and systems. Helpdesk supervisor and Level 2 support.Network Administration:• design, installation, configuration and maintenance of all network devices (Cisco L2/L3 switches, Cisco routers, Fortinet/pfSense firewalls, Ubiquiti Access Points and other network technologies) including firmware updates, firewall filtering and network security;• monitoring and troubleshooting network performance/downtime issues and coordination with vendors and service providers;System Administration:• installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers;• perform installation, configuration, and administration of Active directory, WSUS, DHCP, DNS and other Windows application servers;• GPO deployment;• AD account creation and administration;• Office 365 account creation and administration;• company systems account creation and administration;• maintenance tasks and monitoring of OS, application, firmware, and other server/workstation-related updates and upgrades;• Database and system backup and recovery management;• Microsoft and Adobe license monitoring, provisioning and vendor communications;• System logging and documentation;• IT-related policies and guidelines creation, improvements and implementation;• maintain installation and configuration procedures;• IT asset management.
