I developed user manuals/presentations and instruction sheets to aid in such user operations. I installed programs and performed minor repairs and enhancement as approved by district standards. I performed diagnostics to identify software and hardware faults or conflicts and quickly and efficiently rectified any issues. I assisted teachers and staff in the effective use of technology in the classroom and in the general workplace. I also advised users of operating errors and suggested alternate methods for proper use. Gathered information on needed enhancements and improvements to various software programs and hardware. If any network issues were reported I would troubleshoot the error and took appropriate action by either fixing the issue or reporting to a higher echelon for repairs.
