*Administration of benefits packages for employees of the group's Brazilian company, such as medical expenses insurance, dental insurance and life insurance.*Operational support in transactions for personnel management area for the group's Argentine company.*Coordination in the execution of international assignments for employees of the group (Tenaris) - Expatriates and short term assignments.*Development of strategies for the optimization of the different processes in the area, such as massive transactions in SAP HR.*Processing and analysis of information for payroll processes.*HR KPI reports for different companies in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Chile).
