Maintaining forecast accuracy and Optimal In Stock levels across the multiple business formats of Walmart Group (Walmart Supercenter, Bodega Aurrera, Superama)Implementation of inventory adjustments in a timely manner according to the commercial strategy. Constant communication with suppliers to ensure the adequate flow in the supply chain.Development of strategies to optimize the catalogue and spaces available in the shelfs, creating ways to increase revenue each quarter
