Responsible for all Keen operations in México regarding own manufacturing facilities, contractors and supply chain.

Head of the Operations for Corino and Euroamicana, footwear manufacturers for national and foreign brands, such as DC Shoes, Jeep, Andrea, CAT, Bubble gummers, Pirma, Hush Puppies and Westies.

Responsible for all the new models introduction and the commercialization phases in the Nike project. I was able to joined a multiskill team capable to attend the new product introduction for this particular costumer. The team was responsible from grade scaling of the shoe pattern, process flow definiton, layout, system configuration, trials and approval from customer, line setup, cutting machines programming, computer stitch development and programing, machinery definiton and setup, training for the new model and first PO delivery followup.

Responsible for the development process and new product introduction, planning, wharehouse managment, production and quality ensurence. Main contact with the brand (Nike)Lead for lean training and implementation.Nike best practices deployment.

Responsible for the production of footwear for brands such as Andrea and Nike.Leader of lean activities, to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Production planning and management, ISO 9001:2008 implementation, Quality Assurance, Inventory management, operational budgets management, Production lines balancing, Layout definition.Responsible manager off one production facility, leading the production teams to achieve quality, performance and on time delivery to the distribution center.
