I lead the operations team with more than 50 engineers and several teams like customer delivery, provisioning, Infrastructure, IP & Security and IaaS. I am in charge of more than 26,000 km of submarine and terrestrial network, 9 cable landing stations, 10 Pops and 2 Datacenters in North America, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina. I lead all projects, maintenances services, infrastructures, and changes management with more than $11M budget (CAPEX and OPEX). I have many experiences working with the more relevant brands in the market like Ciena, Alcatel, Xtera Infinera, Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, etc... And the best last miles providers. I led more than 9 subsea cable cuts from the detection, vessel mobilization agreement, repair, and payment and more than 5 terrestrial event in the fronthaul segment.Also, responsible of NOC 24x7 service, keeping and monitoring more than 3500 services with total focus on customer service and relationship. Responsible for operating the big projects of the company like the new Datacenters in Fortaleza-Brazil (400 racks) and Barranquilla-Colombia (200 racks) and the new Malbec subsea cable deployment in 2020 and 2021 between Rio, Praia Grande (Brazil) and Las Toninas (Argentina)

I lead a team with twenty-five engineers in the Americas, operating and maintenance seven subsea cable stations and one Datacenter, more that 23000km subsea cable around the Americas. I’m in charge of all the projects, operation services and maintenances related with the Infrastructure or network of the company. Also, I lead the provisioning team, getting better of delivery of circuits, space, rack powers and other customer services.Also, responsible of NOC 24x7 service, 15 operators, and supervisors, keeping more than 1000 services.I am taking care of all maintenance the technology and infrastructure implemented in our cable stations. Full CAPEX/OPEX responsibility (vendors management).

Led all the projects and services related with the Infrastructure of the company across Europe. I am in charge of planning and managing the field operations for the biggest business division of the company, which is the carpark services for airports in Europe (23 airports including Madrid-Barajas, Gatwick London, Stansted London, Lisbon…). I am taking care of all the technology and infrastructure implemented on them (NOC operations included). Full CAPEX/OPEX responsibility (vendors management) and revenue recognition. In addition to that, I am charge of all the Infrastructure (Networking, Datacenter, Cloud…) of the company giving support to more than 2000 users and more than 178 sites at international level.

Led all the Infrastructure strategy for 19 countries in two paths, internally providing services to the users, but too aligned with sales and presales teams being Infrastructure the main "show room" during the selling and preselling processes. Additionally: - Developed and led the most known quality and security standards: ISO20000 and ISO27001. - Led the optimization of the cloud platforms of the company. - Defined the plan and design of the new voice, video and data architecture (including telepresence environments). - Defined the cloud strategy managing on premise and cloud datacenters globally for the 19 countries orchestrating all the operations. - Managed all the OPEX & CAPEX at global and regional level (more than US $ 3MM). - Led the iNOC/iSOC operation for Europe in the different layers and in charge of a 24x7.

Led the User Support Center, with over 1200 users spread across 14 locations. Leading a group of eight operators: - Performing, preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software platforms. - Budgetary control of the area, shopping, renting of equipment and material. - Planning, management and maintenance support of the communication platforms and infrastructure Datacenter's. - Coordination and maintenance of security policies (Firewall, Anti-spam, tunnels, VPN access, etc...) - Management and improvement of supplier agreements with 3rd parties (Fixed / mobile / Data) and definition of savings plans

Led transformational projects as well as the creation of the business continuity plan for the company through ITIL best practices. In addition to that: - Responsible of managing all the IT Budget. - Led the negotiation & execution responsibilities with all the technology 3rd parties. - Orchestrated all the internal company projects stablishing metrics and kpis to all of them.
