• Projection of cash flow: Debt/Hedge (Expenses and Balance).• Projection of financial income/expenses.• Preparation of managerial reports, budget control, balance sheet forecast, income statements (DRE) and analysis of company’s cash flow (Actual vs. Budgeted).• Following of Accountancy/market KPI’s (income/financial expenses, debt/cash flow).• Financial achievement of devellopment bank funding (BNDES, BNB, BEI, etc).• Interation within company’s structured operations and financial planning area.

• Management of property investment funds and financial investments on the short/mediium terms in countries as Mexico, Chile e Argentina.• Control of accounts payble and receivable within the property funds structural processes.• Participation in several projects of residential property investment funds M&A in Mexico.• Managerial reports to decison making in relation to asset allocation, by bank, entity (holding/SPE), return over investment, volume of payments to third parties, income by adminitration fees and funds performace.• Metings with banks as JP Morgan, Citibank, Banamex, Bancomer and HSBC in relation to process and administration.• Responsible for cash flow distribution for sharehokders in relation to their share of contract on each joint venture.• Knowledge of financial structuring for property investment funds, by opening SPE’s and Joint Ventures with local business partners, basically in Mexico, Brazil and Chile.

• Analysis of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV) of the real state undertakings.• Preparation of managerial reports to the board of directors and shareholders.• Management of company’s cash flow.• Bank negotiations in respect of fixed term investment funds (CDB, Debentures and Guarantee insurance).• Control of the financial inputs and copany’s expenditures.• Reconciliation of company’s accounts in relation to their consortium investors.
