> Coordination and delivery of subsea equipment (wellheads, control systems & well-monitoring), rental tools, and field service personnel- By working closely with customers and connecting them with sales/commercial team, increased the pipeline of opportunities leading to the expansion of the company's reach and growth in the GoM and Caribbean regions.- Commissioned and started up on-time and on budget a subsea service operations center to support the installation of wellheads for ExxonMobil in Guyana.- In partnership with different departments, led a team of field services engineers, AMO technicians, and a project manager, expat and local, to successfully execute the maintenance of installation tools and equipment load-out for operations in the region.- Delivered wellhead equipment and tooling to Petronas in Suriname on time and at a lower cost by planning and deploying a new “Remote Workshop Kit” to execute maintenance locally, port-side.

> Sale of integrated light well intervention services (brownfield, production enhancement & decommissioning), Subsea Systems (wellheads, x-mas trees, manifolds, control systems, and flowlines) & Services (installation, maintenance & upgrades, and asset management & integrity)- Visited clients to build a strong pipeline of opportunities for the region (i.e. BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, Oxy/Anadarko, Talos Energy, Equinor, Petronas, QuarterNorth, Walter Oil & Gas, ConocoPhillips, Noble Energy, Murphy Oil, W&T Offshore, among others).- Actively participated in the due diligence process for the acquisition of Light Well Intervention (LWI) assets and the establishment of a new agnostic service offering for the company. - Led sales/commercial Integration efforts related to the opportunities associated with the LWI equipment acquisition, successfully securing the 1st LWI services contract in NAM.- Enlisted & Trained 200+ colleagues from different product lines globally to help promote new subsea intervention services to customers.- Secured with a new customer, the 2nd LWI contract in the GoM region for a 02 wells intervention campaign.- Introduced and promoted a portfolio of Digital Solutions to legacy and new customers for life-of-field support.- Served as the sales liaison for the Integrated Services CoE (brownfield, production enhancement & decommissioning Center of Excellence) in NAM and LATAM regions, supporting customer engagements and internal discussions.

> Sale of IWOCS, chemical injection systems, hydraulic power units, workover umbilicals, and reel systems, including rental equipment, all for the installation of subsea equipment and/or intervention in subsea wells- Secured Advantec’s 1st long-term service agreement in the GoM for the rental of Advantec’s 1st Ultra-deep-water Installation & workover control system.- Secured strategic commercial partnership with a supplier, resulting in approximately US$ 500K in CAPEX savings.= Prior to the acquisition of Advantec by GE Oil & Gas in 2016- Prepared business plan and implemented sales strategy for market repositioning in North America as a service/rental equipment supplier.- Directly reported to the CEO and the business development director in Norway on the company incorporation developments, sales prospection activities, and planning for the startup of operations in Brazil. Secured Advantec’s 1st MUX control system order in Brazil, on an ex-works Norway basis, before establishing a local presence.

> Sale of Umbilicals, Hydraulic & Drilling hoses, Instrumentation equipment, Integrity Management services, and other testing, installation & repair services, including Marine hoses- Led on the ground the due diligence process for the acquisition of a Brazilian company (Remaq) in areas such as sales, logistics, operations, customs, fiscal, immigration, and supply chain.- Planned and implemented the startup of Hydrasun operations in Brazil.- Negotiated and secured a 3-year contract (~US$5M) with Petrobras to supply hydraulic hoses, fittings, instrumentation, and testing services for 75+ Offshore Production and Drilling Units before the conclusion of Remaq's acquisition.- Acted as Remaq’s Sales/General Manager until the acquisition was concluded (team of 19 employees).- Successfully concluded the acquisition of Remaq, a Brazilian company.- Secured Hydrasun’s 1st umbilical order in Brazil on an ex-works Aberdeen basis.- Elaborated a plan to upgrade Hydrasun’s in-house capabilities to manufacture and deliver a broader range of non-armored umbilicals.
