Facilitator of the "Self-Knowledge" program * *The "Self-Knowledge" is a course of the "In Practice" ("Fundação Estudar") that is the front of the career self-knowledge course for young people. Fundação Estudar" is a non-profit organization that believes that Brazil will be a better country if more young people are determined to follow a path of impact.

Junior Researcher in the project: "Estimativa do custo dos serviços de reabilitação de pessoas com deficiência física, em nível ambulatorial e hospitalar, desenvolvidos na rede Lucy Montoro em São Paulo" (Cost estimative of rehabilitation services for people with physical disabilities, in the ambulatory and medical services throughout "Lucy Montoro" network in São Paulo).This was a project accomplished for the State of São Paulo Government.

Nutritional follow-up focusing on quality of life, injury recovery and performance improvement (in the case of amateur or professional athletes)

- Supported the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan along with the nutritional improvement of the portfolio as follow: (1) Acted over sodium reduction tracking to LATAM savory portfolio category (seasonings and sauces); (2) Helped with rationals and scientific support to Knorr´s brand sodium reduction strategies over "Knorr´s balance" project; (3) Helped with reports development towards sodium reduction status of Savory´s portfolio; - Supported Spreads and Dressings category (margarine and mayonnaise) acting with internal scientific content and dossiers production towards health marketing strategies; Helped the finalization of an experimental study over fat-soluble vitamins;- Helped artwork approval from both categories;- Contributed with nutritional and health inputs toward risk assessment and claims to both categories regarding marketing team initiatives; - As an internship program activity, received grade ten for built an internal website to LATAM Savory category, regarding sodium information.

Performed supervised clinical assistance and evolution monitoring to cancer patients in São Paulo´s Institute of Cancer Ambulatory and with the multidisciplinary nutritional therapy team.

Developed health and nutrition contents to food and pharmaceutical industry through the following platforms: social media (facebook fanpages), blogs and websites.

Collaborated to University de São Paulo clinical ambulatory of endocrinology, with nutritional counseling to diabetes patients.
