Coordination and control of production and production teams (approximately 160 people) in the cheese sector (production, treatment, packaging and slicing of cheese) and drying tower.Weekly and daily planning of production and production calendar of cheeses and products to be dried in the drying tower.Approval of raw materials.Stock management of the advanced raw materials warehouse and intermediate product warehouse.Elaboration of traceability flowcharts for new products.Monitoring of product costing, analysis and correction of deviations.

Development of two computer programs (in Excel and Access) for the optimization of logistical tasks in the Engineering department.
