• Recruited and oversaw the professional development and training of eight volunteers on the education team—including 50 student leaders across HoPe Leadership Chapters (high school student clubs) in six states.• Led pre- and post-program data collection initiatives on participating high school students throughout their time in the Legacy Leaders program—with an emphasis on identifying educational needs, immediate concerns for intervention, and supporting their post-graduation plans. The resulting data was integral to HoPe’s End of the Year reports.• Developed and hosted webinars and in-person experiences (e.g. college fairs, panels)—related to college admissions, career exploration, financial aid, and scholarships—in partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico (CDMX) and other community partners—i.e. Georgia Tech’s GoSTEAM Latino College and STEM Fair (2022) and Contigo Univision’s Rumbo a la Universidad (2023).• Co-led HoPe's scholarship and grants initiatives and—supported HoPe's accounting department in disbursing $60,000 USD in organizational scholarships and financial assistance grants from community partners; and other organizational departments in promoting partner opportunities.• Developed partnerships with community stakeholders to build an increased awareness around Latinx and Hispanic high school student graduation rates and college enrollment with the end goal of increasing support of HoPe’s and CDMX’s educational programs and initiatives.

• Co-led the development of a bilingual college and career-readiness curriculum for first-generation, limited-income, Hispanic/Latinx immigrant students in Georgia.• Facilitated the six-session program for 9th–12th high school students at Forest Park High School in Clayton County. This program regularly served a group of 25 to 30 students. • Led the pre- and post-program surveying efforts—providing Forest Park’s CIS Coordinator, Sandy Thai, insight into the student’s current post-graduation goals and session feedback.

I served in this role in conjunction to my role as Director of Education at HoPe, Inc—the non-profit organization that formally oversees the weekly operations of the Ventanilla de Orientation Educativa.• Oversaw the consultation services strategy for the Ventanilla de Orientacion Educativa (CDMX), HoPe’s partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico, which provides in-person and virtual post-secondary transition advising sessions to students and families in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. • Provided in-person informational presentations and educational consultations to visitors of the Consulate General of Mexico; as well as, virtual consultations to individuals accessing services provided by the CDMX for community members in their service states.• Planned and administered an annual budget of $6,000.00 USD for cost-effective educational programs and initiatives—producing and submitting to the CDMX and the Mexican Government an annual plan of projected activities, an annual financial report of expenses, and monthly reports on program participants and consultation recipients.
