• Oversaw shipping and receiving activities, accomplishing customer (Hewlett Packard Computers) pick rate of 98% by monitoring WH activities.• Control and coordinate reception of orders and oversee data processes into MyService program for tracking, maintaining, monitoring and reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Established and maintained good relations with customer, vendors and transport companies.• Evaluated procedures, making corrections and changes to reduce safety issues and meet compliance.• Reduction of 80% of excesses of inventory in RTV location in 20 days.• Assigned to be Core User for Colombia in the implementation of B2B process (system integration between our Customer - HP, our 3PL – DHL and our company, attending a BIT in Roseville, CA for two weeks). • Additionally, I was part of the Core team for business implementation in Chile, traveling for two weeks in February 2017 to Santiago new facilities.• In Oct 2014, I was assigned to manage the new Call Center operation, in charge of 5 people promoted from the WH in order to contact HP end users with warranty processes opened, trying to resolve discrepancies with the transport and pickup/delivery process of parts under warranty.
