- Responsible for developing PDP manufacturing processes for engine modules, grain tank, feeder house and front end equipment for a new combine project;- Definition of production processes, acquisition and installation of equipment such as electronic torque guns, cranes, riveters, torque wrenches, assembly devices, carts, assembly benches among other items necessary for manufacturing;- Work together with the development teams at John Deere units in the United States and India to carry out the product and process development stages;- Responsible for completely changing the production layout of the engine module, creating a new pre-assembly line to improve assembly sequencing, spacing between items, production times and ergonomics;- Responsible for preparing and evaluating SOE (sequence of events), OMS (operator method sheet); DFM (design for manufacturing), NCCA’s (non-conformance corrective action).

- Management and development of air conditioning/HVAC projects for the automotive line, from the conceptual phase to their series production, performing the interaction with the areas of Purchasing, Production, Quality, Sales and Technical Assistance;- Project development using CAD software Catia V5, Solid Edge and PLM Smarteam for 2D and 3D drawings;- Responsible for continuous product improvement projects mainly focused on reducing product costs.- Conducting internal training about the products and their operations and also on the company's product development process.- Responsible in the engineer department Engineering for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 performing a restructuring of all procedures, instructions, indicators and forms related to Product and process development;- Internal auditor of ISO 9001: 2015 and 5S methodology;- Participation and leadership in problem solving groups and continuous improvement, using different methodologies such as Kaizen, FMEA, QRQC, 5S, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W2H, action plan, 5 whys;- Responsible for configuring salable products aligning aspects of the Valeo products, chassis (Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Scania, Volkswagen, ...) and bus (Marcopolo, Caio, Busscar, Mascarello, Neobus, ...);- Responsible for the evaluation and validation of the application in Valeo products with customers;- Participation in product process development, with an emphasis on defining operations sequencing, validation of prototype assembly and monitoring of pilot batches, development of production infrastructure and work instructions;

- Participation in the project developments for the OEM, PA and After markets, serving customers such as Ford, General Motors and Volkswagen;- Member of the multiplier team to implement ISO TS 16949: 2009;- Elaboration of operational procedures based on the APQP methodology (work instructions, standardized charts, process and product specifications);- Creation and registration of manufacturing scripts, product structure;- Preparation of project documentation (Process flow, PFMEA, Control plan, IMDS);- Monitoring of pilot lots, engineering drawings.
