I wanted to be a painter. Then graphic designer. I never wanted to be a director. But I remember very vividly when as a child my father took me to outdoor cinema sessions. By chance I embarked on a journey as a commercial film director and now I explore the possibilities of Gen-AI in filmmaking and spearhead creative projects across a wide range of media. As an advertising director I have worked with some of the best production companies in Europe and USA such as Catatonia-Giraldi (USA), Superette (France), Partizan (Germany) or Story: (Spain) for clients such as Apple, Konami, Renault, Seat, Wallapop, Coca-Cola or Netflix, for institutions like ADG-FAD or the Barcelona City Council and with advertising agencies such as Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, LOLA MullenLowe, McCann & Erickson, The Community or TBWA/Media Arts LabMy personal works have been screened at festivals such as Cíclope, SXSW, Sitges, Cannes, Slamdance or BFI London Film Festival among others. I has been awarded several LAUS prizes, a gold in ADC * E and a second prize in YDA Cannes. In 2018 Santa Ana won an honorable mention for the best documentary at the Salute Your Shorts festival (Los Angeles).
